SAMARIUS Model AL-200 is a high precision potentiometer which meets and exceeds MIL-R 12934. An exclusive feature of this unit is the one-piece dialllyphthalate insulating liner molded directly into the machined anodized aluminum housing. This technique provides a completely enclosed housing without joints or interruptions and eliminates all possible leakage points.
The one-piece molded interior also provides better concentricity than individually fabricated strips and results in more uniform wiper pressure and improved linearity and operational life.

The Model AL-200 unit can be supplied with any practical number of taps which are welded to a single turn of wire. Up to ten additional sections can be ganged on a common shaft. Special rear shafts and shaft. Special rear shafts and shaft lengths are available at no additional cost.
